Ava Barton

Hi my name is Ava I am a 16 year old female padder and have been paddling for the last 8 years predominantly sea kayaking, I am a sea kayak leader, aspiring to do my sea kayak coach so I can share my love for kayaking and the environment with many people. I have been part of the paddle Scotland young ambassador and young equality group for the last two years meaning I have been able to help empower and support other young paddlers who are also into paddle sports, in my free time I love finding places to paddle around Scotland including multi day expeditions around west cost islands, fun days out in the tide at the falls of Lara, and calm quiet paddles around the Tay bridges.
