I was introduced to sea kayaking at 16, but my passion for the sea began much earlier when I started sailing dinghys. The sea, is vast, freeing, and adventurous, it captivated me imediatly afterall, whats not to love?

At age 21 in 2012, Nigel Dennis, (owner of Sea Kayaking UK and Celtic Paddles), supported my brother Stuart, friend Lee Wilson, and me with our crazy plan to circumnavigation Great Britain by giving us each kayaks and paddles. This incredible show of kindness  validated our trip in our minds and contributed without doubt to our sucess. My connection to Sea Kayaking UK grew deeper when I met and fell in love with Nigel's daughter, Lizzie, and became a part of their family officially in 2014 when we married.

Since June 2023, I've worked along side Nigel at Sea Kayaking UK as retail sales manager.
